Farmer C.

Daddy made C. a very cool raised bed of his own, so today we bought dirt and plants to put in it. C. had fun at Lowe's looking at all the pictures to decide what to plant. He settled on two types of flowers, strawberries, watermelon, jalapeno peppers, and tomatoes. We'll have salsa and fruit salad I guess:)

First he had to prepare the dirt. I don't think he quite believed me that we were mixing cow poop in, even when I showed him the pieces, but he had fun pushing it around with the rake, and Mommy didn't really have to help. He took some time deciding where everything would go, then dug the holes:
